Apex Digital Agency (“Apex”, “we”, “us”) creates cinematic video ads and offer pages from the photos and information our clients send us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Order details you provide: brand name, email address, product names, offer or key message, voiceover language and voice preference, and a WhatsApp number, email or order link if you choose a package with an offer page.
- Photos and files you upload: the product, place or dish photos used to create your video ads and offer page.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your card number. We receive order confirmation details such as your name, email address, the package purchased and the order reference.
- Communications: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data: our website and hosting providers may process standard connection data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
2. How we use it
- To produce and deliver the videos, copy and offer page you ordered.
- To confirm your payment, send your deliverables and provide support.
- To keep our service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal and accounting obligations.
- To improve our service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your photos to advertise other businesses.
3. Service providers
To deliver our service we use trusted providers who process data on our behalf, including payment processing, workflow automation, AI content generation, video rendering, cloud file storage and delivery, and website hosting. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. Your uploaded photos and order details are shared with these providers to the extent needed to create your order. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Your files
Your files are used to produce your order and are not published by us as marketing material without your agreement, other than in the way described in our Terms of Service.
5. Cookies and local storage
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your chosen language in your browser’s local storage so the site can open in that language next time. Our payment provider may use cookies on its own checkout pages, as described in its policy.
6. How long we keep data
We keep order details and delivered files for as long as needed to deliver your order, provide support, resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your files and personal data at any time, subject to those obligations.

Our service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
