Terms of Service

By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

1. What we sell

Apex Studio Pro sells fixed-price digital deliverables produced from the material you provide. All prices are in US dollars, one-time, and shown before you pay:

• Cinematic Pack — $89: 1 cinematic promo video and 10 enhanced photos, delivered as downloadable files within 24 hours.
• Micro-Store — $290: a cinematic online store (up to 15 products, with every supplied product photo colour-corrected, sharpened and framed uniformly at 4:5) connected to your Google Sheet, with cart and direct checkout via WhatsApp / e-mail, 1 cinematic video and hosting.
• Flagship Store — $650: unlimited products, installable PWA app, QR print card and QR menu, lookbook film system, custom-domain connection, hosting and the Executive Playbook.
• Add-ons — $90 each (PWA app, QR card + QR menu on Micro-Store; interactive QR menu & waiter call for restaurants on Flagship) and Express delivery (+$29 / +$39 / +$49).

The exact contents of each package are listed on the pricing section and the order page; the order summary shows the total before payment.

2. Payment

Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), our payment provider and merchant of record. Creem collects the payment, issues the receipt and handles taxes and refunds on our behalf; we never see or store your card number. By paying you also accept Creem's checkout terms. Taxes (VAT / sales tax) are added where required and shown at checkout.

3. Your material and rights

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use every photo, logo, text and trademark you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. You give us a limited licence to use them only to produce and host your order. On full payment, you own the delivered files and the content of your store; we keep ownership of our underlying software, templates, fonts and tools, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them inside the delivered project.

4. Delivery and revisions

Delivery works as described on the Delivery & Fair Use page. Delivery time starts when payment is confirmed and your order details and photos are complete. Each package includes correction of defects against what was ordered; major new scope is a separate order.

5. Acceptable use

We do not produce or host content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, adult, or that promotes weapons, drugs or fraud, and we may refuse or cancel such an order with a full refund. Sample stores shown on this site are demonstrations with fictional brands; they are not real shops or customer testimonials.

6. Hosting and third parties

Stores are hosted on third-party infrastructure (Vercel / GitHub). Hosting is included at no extra cost for as long as the service is offered; we will give you your files and notice if we ever stop hosting so you can move them. Third-party services (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, your domain registrar) are governed by their own terms.

7. Warranty and liability

Deliverables are provided “as is” against the package description; we do not promise sales, views or ranking results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms for future orders. Orders are governed by the laws of the country in which Apex Studio Pro is established, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights. Contact: contact@apexstudiopro.com (reply within 3 business days).
