Delivery & Fair Use

Summary: everything is delivered digitally — as a private download page (files) or as a live web address (stores) — and the delivery e-mail is sent to the address you gave at checkout.

1. What happens after you pay

Creem confirms your payment and sends the receipt.
Your order details and photos are received automatically and checked for completeness. If something is missing we e-mail you; the clock starts once it is complete.
Production runs on our automated system and is reviewed before release.
You receive the delivery e-mail with your links.

2. Delivery times

Cinematic Pack: within 24 hours of confirmed payment and complete details.
Express (+$29 / +$39 / +$49): your order is produced first and delivered within 24 hours.
Stores: delivered with a live address (and the PWA / QR files for packages that include them); the typical timing is stated in your order confirmation.

3. What you receive

Cinematic Pack: 10 enhanced photos (zip + individual files) and 1 promo video.
Micro-Store: your online store, a Google Sheet template for up to 15 products (each supplied product photo enhanced and premium-framed), 1 video as the store hero and free hosting.
Flagship: everything above without product limits, plus PWA app, 300-DPI QR print card and QR menu, lookbook film system, custom-domain connection and the Executive Playbook.
Add-ons exactly as ordered. A waiter-call screen is built only for restaurants.

4. Fair use

Hosting is included for normal small-business traffic. We may ask you to move to your own hosting if a store creates abnormal load, or if it is used for content forbidden in our Terms.
